Lots of action
10/10
This is the Season 4 premiere of "Rick And Morty", and it's starting off wonderfully. This episode features Rick and Morty finding gems that can show a person how he'll die. Morty keeps seeing images of a death where Jessica comforts him. He really is obsessed with her. Rick accidentally dies, but luckily he has a lot of backup bodies. We get great jokes as he resurrects in other dimensions.

"Edge of Tomorty: Rick, Die, Rickpeat": an extremely smart episode, with deep rooted philosophy.
10/10
Basic Plot: Rick takes Morty to a dimensions to gather crystals that shows whoever possess them, all the ways they could possibly die. Humour, Story and Philosophy: The series' signature blend of bizarre and situational humour is as prevalent as ever, and shockingly all the jokes land. Obviously, some jokes are funnier than others; my personal favourite was the "facist realities" gag . The story is madcap, but extremely intelligent and well written. This episode In my opinion, is one of the most profound of the entire series; from Morty's extremely relatable and symbolic depiction of anxiety and obsession, to its poetic messages about life and death; this episode shines with its various philosophical principles, that are baked subtly into the plot. This episode left me contemplating the human condition, while also deeply respecting it. Verdict: "Edge of Tomorty" dazzles with its humour, story and philosophy, all these elements amalgamates into quite possibly, the most enjoyable TV experience I have had this year. Rating: 10/10

This could be my favourite episode
10/10
There is just so much in this episode that as soon as I finished it I immediately watched it again. It has an incredible storyline, it's is legitimately interesting as ScFi but also hilarious. What I especially love about this episode is that nothing is dumbed down. On my first watch I could not understand how the crystal works. When Rick was hiding behind the rock and getting shot at, I just could not see how the crystal told him when to avoid danger. But whatever, I just went along with the episode believing that it could. It was only on my second watch that I really understood how the crystal worked, and maybe I'm just dumb, but I really appreciated that they did not make it so superficial that the entire gimmick of the crystal would be instantly obvious. The best way I can describe it is that watching this episode kind of felt like playing a video game. Where on my first watch it was like the tutorial and I was just getting to grips with the mechanic of the crystal. But in my second watch I understood much more about the crystal and could see how it was being used and could be used.
